Oh yeah, Tiffany was the first album (well, tape) I ever bought. I think I was in 4th or 5th grade when I heard her, too. I thought I was so cool. I knew every word to every song, and wished I could dress like her. :p
I read this and got excited because I thought it was Friday. Grrr.
I love Jennifer Knapp! I hung out with her years ago back when she was just starting out. She was a counselor/performer/presenter for a church camp that I went to back when I was like a freshman in high school.
Surfed over here and read your last entry--your essay about the gospel. I thought it was very interesting. I think I'll make my way over here now and then and see what else you write!
Ninjanun, I owned these denim shorts with holes cut in them with pink lace biker shorts underneath. I saw "Becky" on Roseanne with them on in an old episode the other day...and I thought that I was SO cool.
Kev, hon, that just gives you one extra day to clean the apartment. ;)
Mep, I would love to me Jennifer Knapp! I love me some Kansas! I miss her these days. I hope she overcomes her disillusionment with the music industry and puts out some new stuff soon. I'd be excited to see the evolution of her music. Maybe she'll get pissed off enough to do some indie stuff.
Pink Dog, Welcome, welcome. Thanks for the kudos. But, I hope you'll argue with me sometime, too, when I write something that you DON'T think is good. Glad you came by.
I can vouch for Pink Dog. She's the shiz*nit. :p
